To create the perfect line to define your eyes, start by steadying your elbow on a table top with the i – flick in your hand. With the other hand, lift the eyelid from under the arch of the brow. Using the flat edge of the brush, draw from the inside corner of the upper lash line to the outside corner, lifting slightly at the end to create a flick. Finish by running the pencil end inside the lower lashes. Two or three fine coats of mascara work much better than one heavy application. Carefully coat the lashes on the outside corners of the eyes to subtly open them up.
